Outstanding Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Stephanie Holman is a U.S. Air Force veteran of 21 years. Stephanie entered FourFront Design, Inc. as an unpaid intern through the DoD Skillbridge program in 2020. She worked her way through the company and became the President/CEO in January 2023. This company is Service-Disabled, Veteran and Women Owned Small Business. During her time as the President/CEO of the company she has placed an emphasis on the employment of veterans within the company. Stephanie comes from a military family. She has been in the Engineering industry her entire career and extended that career with her hiring at FourFront Design. Stephanie has a strong leadership background from her time in the military and utilizes that prowess to successfully manage and grow FourFront Design. Her innovative leadership has led to many great achievements and increased market share in the federal government contracting industry.
