Sabrina Delliquadri

Sabrina Delliquadri is the CEO & Founder of Oaceus Insurance Services, a woman-owned benefits company in Rocklin, California. After confronting a serious heart condition and recovering from a neck fracture, she saw first-hand how our system waits until people are sick to act. In 2021, she founded Oaceus to flip “sick care” into preventative care that’s practical and affordable for employers and families. Oaceus’ flagship program—the Oaceus 360 Preventative Health Plan—bundles 24/7 virtual care, behavioral health, dermatology, musculoskeletal support, preventative labs, and education in a compliance-first design. Using IRS Section 125/105, the model keeps employees’ net pay intact while helping employers reduce payroll taxes—funding care with no out-of-pocket costs. In under four years, Sabrina led Oaceus from a regional startup to all 50 states, serving ~150+ employer clients and ~12,000+ employees across construction, healthcare, hospitality, and professional services. She “leads from the round table,” joining key client conversations, reviewing compliance and payroll reconciliations, and mentoring emerging women leaders. Sabrina’s work is guided by service: make prevention easy to access, keep employers strong, and give families peace of mind.
