I own a 100% woman-owned brokering company in the CPG space, which is national in two different channels- sports nutrition (Vitamin Shoppe, gnc, gyms etc.) and Grocery ( Kroger, Albersons, Wegmans, etc.) where we only work with brands that we truly believe in, have direct relationships with the buyers not just distribution reps and communicate with transparency and respect. We do not work with competitions brands, we do not work with brands just for the money. The brokering industry needed a huge change, and I mean by not taking people's money to just take it, but to work with brands and do the right thing by them. We show all brands their profitability in the first year vs the second year going into stores so that they know what they can make in the first year vs the second year. A lot of brokering companies have 3000 and focus on the top 5% that make them money and that is why brokers have a bad rep. We only have 30 brands on board and 11 people across the united states. I have personally ran businesses and companies such as Quest Nutrition, Lgeendary Foods, ChcoZero, GAT Sport, created my own pre-workout and more. I have also came from absolutely nothing in my life and it is extremely important to take care of the people who take care of me-my employees and their mental health, that is number one for me along with giving back wherever we can. I am on the board of big brothers big sisters, we donate to various charities including the ronald Mcdonald house and more.
